PRODUCT INFORMATION

DO YOUR BUTTERS CONTAIN GLUTEN?

No, our butters are not gluten free. They do not contain gluten but we can’t guarantee there has been no cross-contamination at harvest time. 

ARE YOUR BUTTERS VEGAN?

Yes, all of our butters are vegan friendly. We have not used any animal products in our recipes.

DO YOUR BUTTERS CONTAIN PEANUTS?

There are no peanuts in our products, but because our factory also produces products containing peanuts, there may be traces present. 

DO YOUR BUTTERS CONTAIN TREE NUTS?

Yes, our butters may contain traces of tree nuts as our factory also produces products with other tree nuts. Our Almond, Maple Almond & Vanilla Hazel butters all contain almonds & hazelnuts. 

DO YOU BUTTERS CONTAIN DAIRY?

No, all of our butters are dairy free with no traces of dairy.

ARE YOUR BUTTERS LOW IN SUGAR?

Yes, all our butters are low in sugar. 

WHERE DO YOUR HEMP SEEDS COME FROM?

We source our Hemp Seeds from New Zealand farms. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS & INGREDIENTS REGULARLY TESTED FOR BACTERIA?

Yes, we regularly lab test all of our products.

SHOULD I REFRIGERATE MY BUTTERS?

Please store me in a cool, dark place and refrigerate after opening.

SHOULD I STIR MY BUTTER AFTER OPENING?

All our products are preservative free, which means the oil from our seeds and nuts separates over time. Simply stir, and eat!

We ship from our online store all over New Zealand & Australia. You can also find The Hemp Butter Co products in supermarkets and leading specialty stores in New Zealand - see here for stockists.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We accept credit and debit cards. We process our payments through Paypal.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You should receive your order within 3-5 working days for New Zealand orders. Please note we are experiencing delays due to COVID restrictions, so times may vary. Please note that we don't dispatch on weekends. 

MAKING CHANGES TO MY ORDER

If you need to amend your order, please email us at hello@thehempbutterco.com and we will do our best to change it for you.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns, however if your jar of butter has been damaged in transit please contact us at hello@thehempbutterco.com and we will provide a replacement. Please get in touch if there is another issue you would like to address.
